To add payees to your bill pay using the full website:
- Log into your account through the online banking portal
- Select Bill Pay from the blue bar
- Enter the payee name into the box next to Need to pay someone new?
- Fill out the payee details
- Keep in mind you will enter the payees address as it appears on the bill.
- Some payees will only as for the zip code of the payee and not the whole address, this is okay.
- Select Add payee when you have completed the required fields
- The Payee will now appear on the My Bills & People I Pay list
To add payees to your bill pay using your mobile app:
- Log into you account through the mobile app
- Select Bill Pay from the menu at the bottom of the screen
- Select Payees from the menu at the top of the screen
- Type payee name into box that says Add a person or business
- Fill out the payee details
- Keep in mind you will enter the payees address as it appears on the bill.
- Some payees will only as for the zip code of the payee and not the whole address, this is okay.
- The payee will appear on the Payee list under the Pay tab
