To add payees to your bill pay using the full website:

  • Log into your account through the online banking portal
  • Select Bill Pay from the blue bar
  • Enter the payee name into the box next to Need to pay someone new?
  • Fill out the payee details
    • Keep in mind you will enter the payees address as it appears on the bill.
    •  Some payees will only as for the zip code of the payee and not the whole address, this is okay.
  • Select Add payee when you have completed the required fields
  • The Payee will now appear on the My Bills & People I Pay list

To add payees to your bill pay using your mobile app:

  • Log into you account through the mobile app
  • Select Bill Pay from the menu at the bottom of the screen
  • Select Payees from the menu at the top of the screen
  • Type payee name into box that says Add a person or business
  • Fill out the payee details
  • Keep in mind you will enter the payees address as it appears on the bill.
  •  Some payees will only as for the zip code of the payee and not the whole address, this is okay.
  • The payee will appear on the Payee list under the Pay tab
