**Effective October 2021: Microsoft ended support for the Internet Explorer browser and is no longer compatible with First Community's online banking. We recommend trying the latest version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to access our website.


Cookie Settings:

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Choose the Privacy Tab
  4. Click the Advanced button
  5. If necessary, check mark the box to Override Automatic Cookie handling
  6. Enable both First and Third Party Cookies
  7. Check mark the box to Always Allow Session Cookies
  8. After clicking Accept and Apply, you must close the browser window and open a new one to log in again

Clearing Cache:

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Under the General tab locate Browsing history
  4. Select Delete
  5. Select only Temporary Internet files and website files, then select Delete


Pop Up Settings:

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar
  2. Select Privacy and locate the Pop-up Blocker
  3. Make sure the Turn On Pop-up Block box is unchecked
  4. Click Apply and OK
  5. Click on the E-Statements link again and the new tab/window will load for you
