Most bill payments can be cancelled via the Bill Pay feature within online banking. Once a payment is scheduled, it will show up in your list of payments on the right hand side of the bill pay feature. Next to payments which can be cancelled or edited, there will be a pencil icon and an X icon.
To cancel a payment, click on the X icon. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
To edit the amount or date of deliver, click on the pencil icon.
In some cases, the payment cannot be cancelled from within online banking. If you would like to have a stop placed or a payment cancelled in bill pay that you do not have the option to cancel, please contact Online Support at 636-537-4473 or via live chat.
