In order to dispute a charge on your credit card you may email risk_email@coop.org or call 888-691-0745.
- The email option needs to include credit card number or social security number, details of the transaction in dispute, and a hand written signature.
Alternatively, you may visit any of our branch locations to write out a dispute letter.
When logged into the credit card website you can find information on Disputes using the following steps:
- One the main screens menu bar Select Account Services
- Select Dispute Transactions
- You will be presented with the information necessary to dispute charges
