After registering for the External Funds transfer service you need to verify your email address before you are able to schedule transfers.
You'll use the following steps to validate your email:
- Access the External Transfer system by selecting Move Money->External Transfers
- Select Transfer Between My Accounts
- You then select the validate your email address link
- The next screen will look like this. Retrieve the validation code from your email and enter it the box provided
- If the code has not arrived you made select Click Here to have one resent
- Once the code is entered you will receive a Email Validation Successful message and you will then be able to initiate transfers
