If you are being presented with a Doximportal error when attempting to access your E-Statements, it is likely that your browser is blocking third party cookies.  Here are directions to correct this issue on supported browsers:


Microsoft Edge


1.  Click on the 'cookie' icon on the right side of your URL bar

2.  Click 'Site not working?'

3.  Click on 'Allow Cookies'





Google Chrome


1.  Click on the 'eye' icon on the right side of your URL bar

2.  Click 'Site not working?'

3.  Click on 'Allow Cookies'






Safari (Mac)


1.  Select your Safari menu

2.  Select Settings

3.  Select the Privacy tab

4.  Turn off the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting


Safari (iPad)


1.  Go to your settings app

2.  Tap on Safari

3.  Turn off the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting


Firefox

1. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner

2. Select "Settings" or "Options" from the dropdown menu

3. In the left sidebar, click on "Privacy & Security"

4. Scroll down to "Enhanced Tracking Protection" section

5. Select "Custom"

6. Uncheck the box next to "Cross-site tracking cookies and social media trackers"


Mobile Device


If you receive the Doximportal error on your mobile device, you are likely blocking third-party cookies on your mobile browser.  To avoid this issue, we suggest you download our free mobile app from your app store and access E-Statements through the app instead of your mobile browser.
