Cookie Settings:

In Chrome, please locate the Action menu at the end of the address bar. It is a button with three horizontal dots.

1. Choose Settings

2. Under the Privacy and Security section, click on Cookies and other site data 

3. Make sure Allow all cookies is selected

Clearing cache:

In Chrome, please locate the Action menu at the end of the address bar. It is a button with three horizontal dots.

1. Choose Settings

2. Click on Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the screen or scroll down to the privacy and security section

3. Click on Clear browsing data 

4. Change Time range to All time; check mark Browsing history and Cached images and files, then click Clear data

Pop Up Settings:

In order to access eStatements in Chrome, we need to make sure that you are not blocking Pop-ups for our site.

If you look at the very end of your address bar, you may see what looks like a little square outlined in blue with a red X on top of it.  This means you are blocking pop-ups.  If you click on this icon you will have the option to Always Allow Pop-ups from First Community.  After making this change, click on the eStatements link again, and a new window or tab will open and load the eStatements page.
