Cookie settings:

  1. Click on your Safari menu
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Click on Privacy
  4. Next to Block Cookies: select the button for Always Allow. If you see a “Block all Cookies” option, uncheck that box.
  5. If you see an option to “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”, uncheck that box.

Clearing Cache:

  1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
  3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.***Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.

Pop Up Settings:

  1. Select Safari in the main tool bar
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Choose the Security icon
  4. Remove the checkmark from Block Pop Up Windows
  5. Close the Preferences window
  6. Click on the eStatement link again and a new tab or window will load with the eStatement site.
