This issue is usually caused when using your First Community online banking credentials instead of your Direct Connect password. As we continue to improve our security measures, these connections have been severed and the only connection supported is Direct Connect.
- Visit your password vault within your Intuit program and make sure that your password that is being used is your Direct Connect password. If you need to have forgotten what it is or are locked out for too many bad login attempts, contact us at 636-537-4473 to have it reset.
