How Do I Verify My External Loan Payment Trial Deposits On The website? Print

Once you have received your trial deposits:

Log in to Online Banking
Select Move Money->External Loan Payment
On the right hand side of the screen there is an I Want to section->Select Manage External
On the Manage external accounts screen select Validate Account
On the Validate External Account screen enter in the two trial deposit amounts and select Submit
After submitting the trial deposits, the account will be listed as Active under Status
