A: No, this service does not support this feature at this time. Please contact us to make a principal only payment.


Q: Can I pay off my loan?

A: Loan payoffs are not allowed using this feature. Please contact us for a valid 10-day payoff quote.


Q: Can I pay my First Community Credit Card using this feature?

A: Credit card payments are not accepted through this service at this time. 


Q: What if my regular scheduled payment date falls on a weekend, holiday, or other non-processing day? When will my payment be made?

A: If your payment falls on a weekend, holiday, or non-processing day, your ACH will be initiated on the NEXT business day.

For example, if your payment date falls on a Saturday, we will initiate your ACH on the following Monday, providing that is not a holiday, in which case your payment would be initiated on that Tuesday.


Q: I need to set up a recurring payment for the 15th and the last day of the month, but I don’t see this as an option.  How can I do this?

A: In order to make semi-monthly payments, two separate recurring payment models will need to be set up: the first MONTHLY payment on the 15th of the month and the second for the 31st of the month. 


Q: Will I get an email notification for my payment?

A: Members can select to have an email notification sent when a payment is initiated. This email could be immediate, or it could be a date in the future if the member sets up a recurring payment model or a one time payment date in the future.
