If you are in need a document in regards to your account, you may submit a support ticket via online banking. Simply log in to your online banking, Select Support in the upper right hand corner, and select the middle option for secure email. Just tell us what document you need and we will reply to the ticket with the requested document attached. 


If you are requesting from our mobile app, login and select More in the bottom right, then @ Email Us and then select New Message. From there, request the document you need, and we will reply to the ticket with the requested document attached.
