Court Appointed Fiduciary Accounts can be opened at any First Community location. This type of account is opened for a Conservator appointed by the court to receive and manage funds for an individual who is unable to handle their own financial transactions.
Required Document
- The Court Order naming the Conservator/Custodian
- The protectee's Social Security Number
- Valid ID for the Conservator/Custodian and protectee (if not a minor)
