From a computer/laptop:

  • Log into your online banking through the full website
  • Select Manage Money across the blue bar & then Money Management
  • Click the question mark icon with a circle around it on the right hand side of the screen 
  • Click the blue Request Support option

  • Complete the question field and type a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, then click Submit


From the app:

  • Log into your online banking through the First Community mobile app
  • Select More in the lower right hand corner of your screen
  • Select Money Management
  • Select the question mark icon with a circle around it on the upper right hand part of the screen

  • Select the Request Support option


  • Complete the question field and type a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, then click Submit
