From a computer/laptop:
- Log into your online banking through the full website
- Select Manage Money across the blue bar & then Money Management
- Click the question mark icon with a circle around it on the right hand side of the screen
- Click the blue Request Support option
- Complete the question field and type a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, then click Submit
From the app:
- Log into your online banking through the First Community mobile app
- Select More in the lower right hand corner of your screen
- Select Money Management
- Select the question mark icon with a circle around it on the upper right hand part of the screen
- Select the Request Support option
- Complete the question field and type a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, then click Submit
