Cookie Settings:
In Firefox, please locate and select the menu at the end of the address bar. It is a button with three horizontal lines.
1. Choose Options
2. Click Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the page
3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
4. Make sure the box next to 'Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed' is unchecked
Clearing cache:
In Firefox, please locate and select the menu at the end of the address bar. It is a button with three horizontal lines.
1. Choose Options
2. Click on Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the screen and then scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
3. Click on Clear Data
4. Make sure 'Cookies and Site Data' is unchecked and 'Cashed Web Content' is checked, then select Clear
Pop Up Settings:

4. Make sure 'Block pop-up windows' is unchecked
