If you have a change of address, phone number or e-mail address, you can utilize any of the below methods to update this contact information without having to visit a local branch. 


Over the Phone/Via Chat: You can update your contact information over the phone or by chatting in with our Information Center as long as you know your 4-digit phone PIN. The Information Center can be reached via chat at www.firstcommunity.com or by phone at (636) 728-3333, option 9. They are available for chats or calls anytime between 8AM and 7PM Monday through Friday, as well as between 8:30AM and 12:30PM on Saturdays. 


Through Online Banking on the Full Website: You can update your contact information by logging into your online banking through the full website at www.firstcommunity.com .

  • Click "My Settings" in the upper right hand corner of your screen 

  • Click the blue "Edit" link next to "Contact Information" to update your address or phone number

  • Click the blue "Edit" link next to "Primary E-Mail" to update your e-mail address


Through the Mobile App: You can update your contact information by logging into your online banking through the First Community mobile app.

  • Click "More" in the lower right hand corner of your screen
  • Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen

  • Click "My Settings" (the first option on the list)

  • Click the blue "Edit" link next to "Contact Information" to update your address or phone number

  • Click the blue "Edit" link next to "Primary E-Mail" to update your e-mail address


**If you do not have access to online banking or your 4-digit phone PIN, please know you can always visit any local branch with proper identification in order to update your contact information.
