Any First Community card can be turned on or off at any time using Card Controls. This feature is accessible through your online banking within both the mobile app as well as through the full website.
Card Status Through The Full Website:
- Login to your online banking at www.firstcommunity.com
- Navigate to "Additional Services" and then select "Card Controls"
- Toggle the card status from ON (Active) to OFF (Inactive) or vise versa and then select "Confirm" to finalize card status
Card Status Through The Mobile App:
- Login to your online banking through the First Community mobile app
- Select "More" in the lower right hand corner of your screen
- Select "Manage Card Controls" in the upper left hand corner of your screen
- Toggle the card status from ON (Active) to OFF (Inactive) or vise versa and then select "Confirm" to finalize card status
