**First Community utilizes a Co-op Contact Center to assist our members, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Co-op Contact Center agents will operate as an extension of First Community Credit Union assisting our debit and ATM cardholders with transaction information, card declines, travel notes, token activation, lost/stolen assistance and other card related questions.
