Here are few options regarding a principal-only payment:
- **Make an internal transfer from a First Community account to the loan. Under "I want to" select "Pay to principal" and complete to make a principal-only payment
- **Contact our Information Center (636-728-3333 option 9) or our Loan Servicing (636-728-3360) as either department will be able to make the payment for you and categorize it as a principal-only payment.
- Make a payment that is more than the due amount and the excess will be applied directly to principal. (This method will be applied automatically regardless of how the payment was made)
- Example: Due amount is $500 but you pay $600, $100 is automatically applied to the principal.
