- Send/Est. Deliver Date
- When scheduling payments you will now be presented with two dates, the payment Send Date, the date you wish for the payment to be sent, and the Estimated Delivery Date, the date your payee is expected to receive the payment. The Est. Delivery Date displayed is dependent upon the Send Date you select and the method by which the payee receives payments, by check or electronically.
- Payment Methods
- To assist you with identifying how each of your payees receive a payment, payees will display either an envelope icon for check payments or a lightning bolt icon for electronic payments.
- Check payments will follow the standard check clearing experience and an image of the cleared item will display within your Online Banking for 120 days.
- Real-Time and Expedited payments now supported when available for payees.

- The combined and streamlined interface of our new Payment Hub will give you better visibility and access into managing your payments, all in one spot.
- Payee Groups - Combine your utilities, credit cards or other corresponding payees into groups to prioritize certain bills and make payments faster.
- Payments Calendar - Look into what's coming up with a calendar view and running total of scheduled payments that are set to process.
