In Bill Pay all checking accounts that appear in your online banking can be used to pay bills, this is a new feature.
If you had payments scheduled prior to conversion this will help you review them
*Please ensure that any scheduled bills are setup to pay from your desired checking account*
Click here to sign in and be brought to your Bill Pay Dashboard.
Select Payment Activity
Online Users (See below for mobile users)
You will see all scheduled payments. Select the ▼ next to any payment to make sure it is set to pay from your desired checking account. Click Update.
If your payment you are modifying is a recurring payment, please select Edit the entire series including this payment.
Mobile Users
Mobile users will need to select Bill Pay Dashboard▼
