First Community Credit Union is not partnered or affiliated with Zelle in any way, so our members cannot use Zelle services through their FCCU accounts. However, we offer our own Person-to-Person transfer tool as an alternative that members can use free of charge.
Our convenient transfer tool allows you to send money quickly and easily. Members only need to provide the recipient's first and last name, plus either their cell phone number or email address.
To access this service:
- Website: Click on Payment Hub → Send Payments → Transfer/Send Money
- Mobile App: Click on Payment Hub → External Transfers
Please note that our tool can only be used to send funds, not receive them.
