Coming soon, you will notice some improvements to your homepage and account history screens in addition to some new convenient tools and customization options to make your online banking experience easier.
Don’t Worry, While Core Functionality Will Remain the Same You Will Soon See...
Improved Account View – Swap between seeing your accounts in a compact or tile view. Click anywhere on the account to view your full history and receive new Due Date Reminders on Loans.
Widget Stack – Same features, now in a compact view. Expand, minimize and save your favorite features. You can also hide and reorder to your preference.
Quick Actions – You will have faster access to your most used features of digital banking.
While the Home Page is Changing, and Account Management is Improving, Here’s What Will Remain the Same:
All your accounts and their nicknames will remain where they are today
Account numbers, balance and history will stay the same
You will be able to use the same login credentials
Bill payments, external transfers and other money movement features will work the same way
External Accounts in our budgeting tool (if connected) will remain in your online banking

- When will I see the new design?
- Over the next few weeks this change will be rolled out for our members. We will communicate your specific date of the change at least one week in advance to prepare.
- Do I need to do anything?
- Continue to log-in regularly to online and mobile banking and review our help guides to learn more about these improvements
- Will I need to re-learn how to use this?
- Core functionality will remain unchanged, while these enhancements are minor we recommend taking some time to learn the new features to better improve your experience
- Is there a guide available to find things?
- We will be sharing Navigation guides in future communications
- Login & Access
- Are my login credentials changing?
- Your login credentials will remain the same. Need help? Click Here.
- Will my saved devices be recognized?
- Yes, if you have chosen to enroll your device in the past you will not be prompted for a code.
- Do I need to update my mobile app?
- We always recommend visiting the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you are on the most up-to-date version of our app, First Community CU (MO)

- Will my accounts look different?
- We redesigned your online banking to make it faster and easier. Your accounts are the same—they just look better and show more useful information at a glance.
- Can I change how these are displayed?
- Yes! You will be able to drag and reorder accounts in Account Preferences, you can also ‘Favorite’ accounts on the home screen or by clicking Customize on Mobile.
- Where will I see my nicknames?
- Under Account Preferences or Customize on Mobile, in addition to re-ordering your accounts, you may also nickname them or hide them as well.
- How will I see my full account details?
- Click anywhere on an account to be brough to the Account History Page and select Account Details or choose Show More on mobile to see more information on loans.

- What’s changing here?
- We are bringing you faster access to your most used features such as transfers, card controls. You now can also pick your favorite accounts to display up top. Eligible accounts will also have access to their credit score on our home screen.
- Can I still make mobile deposits?
- Absolutely! The mobile deposit feature will be unchanged.
