- From the online banking login box click Password Help at the bottom left
- Underneath the telephone and Username fields, there is an option that reads I forgot my username
- On the next page you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your online banking profile. Selecting send will generate an email to be sent to the email address associated with your online banking profile that will inform you of your username.
