All of our accounts are equipped with Overdraft Protection. This means any available funds in your share savings account (00) will automatically be transferred over to cover transactions made when no funds are available in the checking account. There is no fee for this transfer to cover debit card transactions, however there is a $2.00 fee for the transfer to cover an ACH or check clearing the account. This avoids the $27.50 Overdraft fee.
Overdraft Privilege allows the account to go negative to cover transactions when funds aren't available, up to the limit for your checking account type, which can be found here. Each transaction that draws the account negative will incur an overdraft fee of $27.50.
